Annabelle Wason, Lawyer at Autonomy First Lawyers

Annabelle Wason brings her legal expertise and passion for problem-solving to Autonomy First Lawyers, joining the firm in March 2024. With a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Annabelle’s professional focus is on estate planning, corporate, and commercial law.

Originally from Canberra, where she enjoyed an outdoor lifestyle of horse-riding, hiking and camping, Annabelle worked full time in a legal firm while studying her Bachelor of Laws remotely, also full time, at Southern Cross University.

After roles in Canberra and Sydney law firms, Annabelle’s admiration for Michael Perkins’ work, having studied his co-authored seminal textbook, “Estate Planning: A Practical Guide for Professionals Helping Australians Age Well,” led her to Autonomy First Lawyers.

Annabelle is passionate about using her knowledge and experience to solve problems for clients, in challenging areas such as estate planning.

At Autonomy First Lawyers, Annabelle’s focus is on estate planning, property, administration, and probate, and she looks forward to further deepening her expertise in estate planning and taxation with the firm.
